NARISHIGE MD-4 dual tool holder/alignment MICROMANIPULATOR with magnetic stand

Similar to the M-33, the MD-4 is a manual micromnipulator, but updated with a second tool holder with 4 micro-drives. The extra tool holder enables independent micro-ailigment in X axes, as well as Y and ZX tilt micro-drives. It has 4 fine-adjustment screws for each aforementioned movements, which allows for relative aliment mane and second instruments on the base platform

The main platform is equipped with coarse XYZ +fine X drive and also include additional fine X drive for the alignment of the primary tool holder vs. secondary one.

The MD 4 are the right choice for tight environments which require maximum versatility within a small space. Solid precision brass dovetail mechanism is designed to offer low friction and smooth linear motion with minimum thermal drift and ideal stability. The scales for all axes are calibrated in 0.10 mm increments and the fine micrometer adjustment for the X-axis thrust is calibrated at 0.01 mm with estimates to 5 µm.
